
Abhinav Singh
Abhinav Singh is currently working as Assistant Professor in Vivekananda School of Law and Legal Studies, VIPS. He has over one and a half decade of experience in social work, environment conservation and education which has also been recognized and awarded. He has also worked in the industry as diverse as banking, law and manufacturing in various managerial and consultative capacities.
He traces his academic roots from majoring in Economics with Honors from Delhi University to earning his LL.B degree from Faculty of Law, Delhi University and Masters in Intellectual Property Law from USLLS, Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. He has cleared UGC-NET. His areas of interest and research work are Intellectual Property Rights, Artificial Intelligence, Neural Networks, Behavioral Economics, Public Administration and International Trade Law. With a view to develop interdisciplinary solutions to various socio-legal problems he also takes a keen interest in history, political science and geography. He has also developed a ‘T.I.R.V’ system of speed reading and advocates the scientific reading of statutes using ‘D.I.S.C’.
He has taught various courses such as Economics, Private International law, Legal Ethics & Court Craft, International Trade law. He has also been part of the organizing committee of national level events organized by VSLLS and governmental organizations such as Law Commission of India. He has also actively participated in several National and International Conferences. He has also played a pivotal role in the conduct of various training programmes, workshops and competitions for skill based training of the students.
