Ms. Avneek Kaur Sethi has done a B.A. LL. B (Hons) from Ideal Institute of Management and Technology & School of Law, Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, New Delhi. She was awarded Shrimati Krishna Devi Memorial Prize for securing 1st position in B.A.LL. B (Hons) programme at the Institute level. She has done LL.M (Masters of Law) from the University School of Law and Legal Studies, GGSIPU, New Delhi and was honoured with Gold Medal. She has qualified CBSE-UGC Net. She completed her PG Diploma in Alternative Dispute Resolution from NALSAR, Hyderabad. Presently, she is pursuing a Ph.D. from the Department of Laws, at Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar, Punjab. She is a member of the editorial board of the Vivekananda Journal of Research. She conducted Legal Aptitude sessions at T.I.M.E, New Delhi from 2013 to 2015. She joined I.I.M.T and School of Law, GGSIPU as an Assistant Professor (Law) in August 2015 and VSLLS, VIPS in August 2017. She has several research publications to her credit and has attended Law Conferences as well as International and National Workshops.
