Ms. Bhavya Gupta has been working as an Assistant Professor of Law at Vivekananda School of Law and Legal Studies, VIPS, Delhi. Her teaching areas are International Law, International Human Rights Law, International Humanitarian Law, International Refugee Law and Constitutional Law. She graduated in law from GGSIPU and thereafter pursued LLM with specialization in Human Rights Law from National Law School of India University, Bangalore. She is UGC-JRF awardee and has several research publications to her credit. She also has attended Law Conferences as well as International and National Workshops. Ms. Gupta has researched extensively on Tihar Central Jail especially on Prisoner’s rights.
