Interaction session with IDES officers trainees, IIPA at VSLLS

On 25th February 2019, IDES officer trainees,IIPA attended an interactive session with Prof Rashmi Salpekar Dean,VSLLS,VIPS, Prof Shilpa Khatri Babbar, Director Academics & Students Welfare,VIPS and faculty members of constitutional law and administrative law on the theme of “Doctrine of Separation of Powers under Indian Constitutional Law” conducted at VIPS. Prof Sheela Reddy, IIPA and Ms. Deepa Kaushik coordinated the session.

Criminal Justice has long played a critical part in the functioning of Societies. Needless to say, legal systems of the world have become increasingly complex and so are methods of dispensing justice. This centre takes an inter-disciplinary approach to the study of crime, justice and related research. It focuses on the administrative end of law enforcement and other areas of scrutiny of personnel, administrative processes and punishment and rehabilitation. Students related with this centre will not only be able to familiarize themselves with criminal law but also the entire working of the justice delivery system.
