Dr. Ashu Dhiman is working as an Assistant Professor at Vivekananda school of Law & Legal Studies, VIPS-TC, situated in New Delhi and affiliated to Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. Dr. Dhiman has her expertise in Criminal Laws, Business and Family Laws. She also has a deep interest and stake in Alternative Dispute Resolution Industry as the increasing scope of ADR is bringing speedy justice to needy. She has taught various subjects including Law of Evidence, Criminal Procedure Code, Indian Penal Code, Law of Contract, Law of Torts, ADR, IPR etc.

She is the Chief Advisor at MediateGuru, Member at Singapore International Arbitration Centre, and also a Member of Women’s India Chamber of Commerce & Industry. She is also a member of Centre for Alternative Dispute Resolution, VSLLS, VIPS-TC.

She is UGC NET (JRF) qualified & completed her Ph.d in Family Law in 2018 from Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra. She is into academia since 2011. She has to her credit various publications of articles in journals of National and International repute.

Dr. Dhiman is a published author having her Book on “Hindu Laws on Divorce” published with ISBN 9781638732167 and another Edited Book on “Changing Dimension of Criminal Law” published with ISBN 9788195211685. Dr. Dhiman also Co-Edited a published book titled "A Pathway to the Future of ADR" having ISBN: 9781639747894 along with a Published book titled "Gen-Z and Human Rights" having ISBN: 9798486570643. Further, Dr. Dhiman has also Edited and Published book titled "Women and Law".
