Dr. Payal Jain has joined Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies as an Assistant Professor of VSLLS. She is having nine years of experience in academics, industry and research. Completed her LLM from USLLS, GGSIPU, Delhi in 2008 also NET holder. She completed 2 years PGDPM from NIPM. She was awarded her Ph.D on “Corruption and Its Impact on Constitutional Rights in India: A Critical Analysis” from Faculty of Law, University of Delhi in 2017.

She taught in Amity University and other law colleges, also served to the Ministry of Law & Justice, Delhi. Her area of interest is Intellectual Property Rights, Labour Law & Constitutional Law. Currently teaching Constitutional Law and Land Law. She presented and participated diverse research papers and articles in various national and international conferences, seminar and workshops. Her various research papers also published in Indian Bar Review, Lexis Nexis publication, NLU, Delhi and other Journals. She is also on the Editorial Board of e-Legal Journals.
