Insha Goel Vats a qualified professional in the domain of Legal education specializing in Civil, Corporate and Appellate Law Practice. She is a pass out from Faculty of Law; Delhi University and did L.L.M from Kurukshetra university She also possesses additional legal certifications in Legal Drafting and Pleading, Labor Law with Admin Law, Intellectual Property Rights, Cross Examination and Information and Technology.
She worked as a Legal Council for trials and Corporate Law from 2012 to 2015. She possesses trial experience in Indian Judicial system and specific laws like Law of Contracts, Negotiable Instruments Act, Hindu Marriage Act, and MACT Act. As a Corporate Lawyer she has worked with reputed firm such as M/s Abir Infrastructure; a company which primarily works for high end infrastructure projects for the Government of India and was member of Bar Associations of Delhi/Rohini courts. Intrigued by teaching she joined VIPS as an Assistant Professor as she believes that teaching is vital skill set in her and hence wishes to capitalize on the same and impart her experience and knowledge for the welfare and development of the students.
As an Assistant Professor she focuses on subjects such as Environmental Law, Administrative law, Law of torts and Legal Methods. In her existing role as a professor she is a regular participant in various Conferences and Training workshops relating to Environmetal Laws and Maintenance, Protection of Women and Child Rights, Law of Women, Indian State Development; organized by respected Government bodies such as the Law Commission of India, Niti Ayog, Government of NCT of Delhi as well as reputed education bodies such as National Law University. Her recent write ups have been accepted by International Journals for the research in Law and National Level Law Publishing in a book titled, Laws for Indian Women Sufficient to Save.
