
Mohita Yadav
Mohita Yadav is an Assistant Professor at Vivekananda School of Law and Legal Studies, Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies and is currently undertaking subjects of Environmental Studies and Environmental Law and Legal English and Communication Skills. Her writings cover in general the areas of Environmental Law, Constitutional Law and Alternative Dispute Resolution.
She completed her Masters in Law with specialization in Constitutional Law. She has deliberated her research dissertation on “An Abuse of Emergency Provisions in India”. Before this she did her graduation in Law from Faculty of Law, University of Delhi. She is also a proud alumni of Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi University where she completed her graduation in BCom with Honours.
In addition to this she has worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers, the second largest professional services firm in the world and has also worked with some notable Senior Advocates at High Court of Delhi. She is always an active participant at various law related Conferences, National and International Seminars.
