Ms. Ayesha Gupta is currently working as an Assistant Professor in Vivekananda School of Law and Legal Studies, VIPS. Prior to here she has worked in Department of Law, Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Management Studies. She’s currently pursuing her PhD from university of Delhi and has completed her Masters in 2021 from Delhi University with exemplary marks. She is UGC-NET/JRF qualified. She completed her LLB from Campus Law Centre, University of Delhi in 2019 after completing her graduation in BA (Economics) Hons. from SGGSCC, Delhi University.

She has authored a book titled “Law of Extra Marital and Live-in Relations” in 2019 and has also co-authored the book titled “Commentary on Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005” and co-authored the book titled “Law of Dishonour of Cheques”. She has to her credit various research papers published in reputed journals.
