Dr. Navjeet Sidhu Kundal, (LL.B, LL.M, Ph.D,UGC NET qualified) is an Assistant Professor at Vivekananda School of Law & Legal Studies, Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies, GGSIP University, Delhi. She is a Ph.D. in Commercial Law from Panjab University, Chandigarh. Her areas of interest include Corporate Law, Public International Law and Human Rights. She writes extensively on issues related to Corporate Governance, Corporate Social Responsibility, Business and Human Rights and Women in business. She is a CSR professional with around 5 years of rich CSR work. She has authored the book Corporate Social Responsibility: Concept, Genesis, Evolution and Practice (Wolters Kluwer, 2019); currently in Second edition (2022) with Oakbridge. Co-edited the book International Humanitarian Law: A Reflection on 70 years of Geneva Conventions (Satyam Law International 2019) and has various Research publications & Book Chapters to her credit. With a keen desire to keep herself abreast of the latest legal developments, she is a familiar face in the Research Circles and has participated in more than a dozen International and National Seminars/Conferences. She is currently working on a research project for the National Human Rights Commission.

She is a member of Asian Society of International Law (AsianSIL).
