Richa Gupta is a graduate from Faculty of Law, Delhi University. She has also done her Post Graduate Diploma in Judging and Court Management from National Law University Delhi. Her area of Interest is Criminal and Procedural laws. Presently she is teaching Labour Law and Law of Contracts. Having an experience of more than six years in teaching, she has publications in a wide range of subjects like role of Forensic Science in Criminal Trial, Dowry Laws in India, Live in Relationships, Implementation of Right To Education, Efficacy of Right Reject in absence of Right to Recall etc. Apart from this she has also presented her papers in various National and International Conferences and seminars.
