
Richa Srivastava
Richa Srivastava, joined VSLLS as Assistant Professor. Before taking up teaching, she worked in Central Information Commission and has also gained practical experience during her role as an Associate Advocate. She teaches and writes in a wide range of subjects including Labour law, Torts, Contracts, Administrative law and Family law.
She completed her LLM and LLB degree from prestigious University of Delhi. Before joining law course, she obtained her bachelor’s degree from Banaras Hindu University. She also has a diploma in Labour Law with Administrative Law. She also holds diploma in Japanese language and had obtained NCC-‘C’ certificate. She has been recipient of various merit based scholarships during her education.
She has published articles in the area of Constitutional Law, Administrative Law and her current research interest is in field of Labour law. She attended various seminars, Conferences and presented papers. She has also organized workshop on RTI and lecture on Labour Law. She has also conducted training sessions on RTI. She has been member of various academic committees like Research Committee, Court Diary Committee, Examination Committee etc.
