Dr.Sakshi Gupta is currently working as Assistant Professor in Vivekananda School of Law and Legal Studies, VIPS.She has an experience of 8 years in the field of education. She has completed her doctoral research in the area of criminal law from Jagan Nath University. Tracing back to her academic roots, she has done her Masters in Law in Criminal Law from Symbiosis University, Pune and her BA LL.B from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. She has also done certificate courses in Cyber Law and Intellectual Property Rights from Indian Law Institute, Delhi. She has published numerous research papers on diverse topics of law, presented papers in national conferences and contributed chapters in various books. She keeps contributing to social work and voluntary work for society.

She has taught various courses such as Criminal Law, Family Law, Law of Contracts, Interpretation of statutes & Law of Torts. She is Convener of Court Diary and Internship Committee and member of organizing committee of national and international events organised by VSLLS. she has also played a pivotal role in the conduct of various training programmes, workshops and competitions for skill based training of the students.
