She earned her graduate degree from Sri Venkateswara College, Delhi University. She did her M.Com from Delhi University. She has been teaching commerce subjects in VSLLS, VIPS as Assistant Professor since 2015 with her specialization in Organisational Behaviour and Human Resource Management. She has also taught Economics to B.Com (Hons) students at Shivaji College, Delhi University. She did her Ph. D. from Department of Commerce, Delhi School of Economics, Delhi University on the topic “Behavioural Training and Development Programmes: A Study of Effectiveness and Impact.” She has been certified by AMFI (Association of Mutual Funds in India) in March 2009. She has convened a National Conference on “Law and Behaviour: Individual, Social, and Organisational Perspective”, sponsored by Northern Regional Centre, Indian Council of Social Science Research (ICSSR) in February, 2017.
