Dr Sonia Jain, Assistant Professor of Law. She is PhD in Intellectual Property rights from the Department of Laws, Panjab University. She is LL.M and specialises in Hindu Law. She has approximately ten years of experience in teaching and research, including experience in practice as an Advocate at Panjab and Haryana High Court at Chandigarh. She has specialised in Intellectual Property Law, Criminal Law, and Family Law. She has been invited as a judge to the Moot Court Competition organised by Panjab University and to the Legal Counselling Competition Organised by NLSIU, Bangalore. She has 3 publications in International Journal out of 7. She has completed 6 months of training organised by ILI Delhi on the Protection of Intellectual Property Rights in the Age of the Internet.
