
Srishty Banerjee
Ms. Srishty Banerjee, Assistant Professor (Law) is presently pursuing her Ph.D. on “Educational Rights of Tribal People”. She had completed her LL.M from Delhi University, Faculty of Law after completing her LL.B. from Hemvanti Nandan Bahuguna University, Uttarakhand. She has to her credit one more post-graduation in Public Administration from Himachal Pradesh University.
She has more than 6 years of teaching experience and her areas of interest are Constitutional Law, Administrative Law, Human Rights and Women and Child Law. She has to her credit more than 30 research papers that include publications in renowned journals like Criminal Law Journal, Indian Socio- legal Journal, a chapter in Law Commission and Niti Ayog Book on “Balancing Roles of Three Wings of the State”. Ms. Banerjee also has several presentations in National and International Conferences on her name. She is also on the Editorial board of International Journal of Law and Legal Jurisprudence Studies, and Law Mantra Journal.
